"First Day in the City!"

"Three Girls on the Fountain"

Even though that red-eye flight from SLC to JFK was a killer, our girls didn't want to miss an opportunity in "The City." So, off we went to Central Park - Elder and Sister de Paula with daughters Nicole and Tiffany and daughter-in-law, Rachelle. After an hour power nap on a grassy knoll, the girls "did" the Park, pausing here at the central fountain. They look great for no sleep, don't they?

Bare your muscles women and start rowing! (Or was that for your suntan?)

A favorite in Central Park was their hour-long row boat ride at Boathouse Park. The girls loved the peaceful scenery, the view of the park and the surrounding Manhattan city buildings.

(Check out the 5 additional Posts below of our girl's trip to NYC:-)

Wow! Sounds like quite the trip your daughters had. I think it's cool that they all teach piano. I love your mother's rule that you only have to practice on the days that you eat. haha. I think I'm going to adopt that saying with my kids! Thanks for the advice!

I really enjoyed reading all your blogs of the three women's trip to New York. What wonderful time they had. I talked to Tiffany the day after she got back, and she was still aglow over the wonderful time they had.
